Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a leading industrial facility and requires a deep understanding of advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Work with schematics, pneumatics, DC controls, and various voltage systems including 24, 120, 230, and 480 voltages. Perform diagnostics and programming for PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo systems. Install and wire motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems. Support production through root cause analysis and optimization. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts. Essential Skills 5+ years of advanced industrial maintenance experience. Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills. Expert knowledge of industrial electrical and motor controls. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Relevant schooling or technical education in industrial maintenance. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is an industrial facility, featuring a rotating 2-3-2 shift schedule. Employees will train on the first shift for a minimum of one month. We offer competitive pay, including on-call pay and shift differentials, with relocation assistance available based on individual situations. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fombell, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr. medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, profit share paid out in March, 401k, PTO is around 80 hours for the first year and will grow as they continue working there.
