By leveraging your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will proactively minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive equipment failure analyses to drive continuous improvement in preventive and unscheduled maintenance workflows. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions to maximize equipment uptime and production throughput. Maintain and optimize hydraulic systems to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Provide technical support for industrial automation equipment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Perform rigorous machine safety inspections to uphold strict compliance and foster a secure working environment. Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to restore CNC machine precision and operational capacity. Support facility infrastructure by performing essential HVAC maintenance and system repairs. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment. Deep mechanical proficiency, specifically regarding hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems. Proven track record of performing detailed machine safety inspections in a production setting. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and industrial automation components. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Technical familiarity with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in operating shop tools such as MIG/TIG welders, press brakes, and overhead cranes. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause problem solving.
