Industrial Maintenance Technician

Youngstown, OH Hours:

2nd Shift - 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Overtime Required)

Pay Rate:

$25 per hour

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure optimal production performance. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Ensure all safety guidelines and company procedures are followed

Qualifications:

Previous industrial maintenance experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Hands-on experience working with pumps, valves, and fluid systems Experience with PLCs Ability to work overtime as needed Strong problem-solving and communication skills
