Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting continuous production operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience maintaining industrial equipment and a strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. This position plays an important role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production. This is a Temp to Hire position. Experience Level and Background 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with solid working knowledge of electrical systems. Experience troubleshooting production equipment with minimal supervision. Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Pass pre-screening (Criminal Background/Drug Screen) Able to lift 50+lbs if needed Department Roles and Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems. Independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements. Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to reduce downtime. Provide day-to-day guidance and support to production team. Accurately document maintenance activities and parts usage. Follow all safety procedures and support plant safety and quality initiatives.

Work Hours/Pay:

7am-3:30pm-or later if needed

Pay:

$25+ Based on

Experience Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
