Job Description

Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Industrial Manufacturing Technician to join our team. At Stan's, in addition to creating some of the world's most innovative cycling products and technologies—we're building a team that moves our company forward. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our manufacturing success, involved in hands-on assembly and production of our Bike Care and sealant products. This role is responsible for direct production tasks, including machine operation and product assembly. Additionally you are responsible for leading the Bike Care line including set up, machine maintenance, and directing the flow of production with coworkers. The IMT is also responsible for critical warehouse and logistics duties such as inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Bike Care Line Operation :
Operates Bike Care line including line set up, operation and changeovers.
Sealant Line Operation:
Operates production sealant line including line set up, operation, changeovers, and sealant mix.
Wheel Assembly:
Assembles hubs, loads spokes, wheel lacing, wheel truing, wheel Quality Control, boxing/packaging.
Warehouse & Logistics:
Maintain inventory locations, stock inventory items including, but not limited to bottles, caps, labels, boxes, skids, wheels, hubs, spokes, etc.
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of proven experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, assembly line or a related role. Associates degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Technology or similar degree; OR completion of related apprenticeship program required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mechanically inclined.
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
