Mix and apply primers, enamels, and high-performance industrial coatings (epoxies, urethanes) using airless, air-assisted, or electrostatic spray systems.

Equipment Maintenance:

Clean and maintain spray guns, pumps, and booths. Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize production downtime.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for uniform thickness, color consistency, and defects (runs, sags, or "orange peel").

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and respirators, and ensure the safe handling/disposal of hazardous materials according to SDS guidelines.

7:00 AM - 3:30
