Industrial Pump Mechanic / Mechanical Repair Technician Allendale, NJ (Future relocation to Morristown, NJ area in 2027) Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades $55,000-$85,000 + Bonus Potential Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a hands-on Industrial Pump Mechanic / Mechanical Repair Technician for a growing assembly and repair shop in Allendale, NJ. We are open to candidates with strong mechanical or technical backgrounds, including experience in: Industrial maintenance Rotating equipment Machinery repair Automotive or diesel mechanics Electro-mechanical assembly Machining Millwright work Mechanical assembly or repair environments Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble industrial pumps and mechanical equipment Build and test complete pump systems Troubleshoot and repair returned or malfunctioning equipment Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship Assist with equipment setup, inspections, and testing Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, automotive, machining, maintenance, or technical environments Ability to use hand tools and read technical drawings/blueprints Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, rotating equipment, or shop machinery is a plus Familiarity with lathes, mills, band saws, or 3-phase motors is preferred but not required Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and safety Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $55K-$85K based on experience Annual bonus potential 100%
