Industrial Staffing Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our growing team, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. 1 year of employment in an office setting is preferred. Experience with skilled trades recruitment is a plus. The recruiter will also greet candidates while ensuring organization of paperwork and interview timelines.

Requirements Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Greeting candidates for Interviews and preparing required paperwork

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits Salary:

$18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
