Industrial Ventilation Installer Paulsen Mechanical Inc Saukville, WI Job Details Full-time $30 - $42 an hour Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Millwright Industrial mechanic experience Forklift Driver's License Lifts and hoists Blueprint reading Welding Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Paulsen Mechanical Inc (PMI) is an Industrial Contracting company that specializes in installing air pollution control equipment, ductwork, custom built steel structures, compressed air lines, make up air units, and so much more. This position duties includes but is not limited to: Providing onsite unloading and organizing of equipment, ductwork, and other system components Reading prints and assembling equipment per drawing using cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and other rigging processes not mentioned Measuring, calculating, and cutting pipe for needed runs and tie ins Running scissors and boom lifts to assemble units, ductwork, piping at elevation Servicing equipment, filter changes, and equipment trouble shooting and diagnosis Measure, Layout, Form, and Assemble sheet metal fittings in shop using various sheet metal machines and techniques Cut, fit, and weld stands and structures Use CAD software to measure runs and order pipe and other parts for projects Use CAD drawings to build fittings or custom parts

Experience Requirements:

5 Years or more of CUSTOM fabrication experience 5 Years or more of Millwright experience 5 Years or more of Welding experience Must know how to safely and efficiently operate scissors lifts, boom lifts, fork lifts, telehandlers and other material handling equipment Must be proficient at math and reading blueprints Must be a problem solver with a can do attitude Good background rolls for this position include - Industrial Maintenance, Sheet Metal workers, Commercial HVAC installers, Millwrights and Field Welders.
