In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth for infants. Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies to support children with diverse needs. Familiarity with early childhood education standards, standardized testing methods, and tutoring techniques suitable for young children. Ability to work effectively with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Experience working with children who require special education or early intervention services is highly desirable. Proficiency in teaching physical education activities and fostering literacy education from an early age. Knowledge of childcare best practices, child welfare policies, and classroom experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred.
