opening Kiddie Academy of Briarcliff Manor is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. We provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years! Our play-based curriculum is rooted in Kiddie Academy's Life Essentials philosophy, focusing on social-emotional growth, independence, creativity, and hands-on learning. We are looking for a warm, dependable educator who is passionate about early childhood development and thrives in a collaborative classroom environment. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans aligned with the Life Essentials curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Supervise children at all times and ensure health and safety standards are met Lead and support Assistant Teachers in daily classroom operations Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress Communicate daily with parents/guardians regarding milestones and activities Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred) CDA OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field Strong classroom management and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage professionally and compassionately with families Must meet New York State childcare licensing requirements CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain; training provided if needed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
