Injection Production Tech - 12 Hour Shifts

Candidates must be able to work night shift, 7:30 PM - 8 AM on a 3x2x3 shift schedule weekend and occasional holiday availability. What to expect as an Injection Production Tech Production Techs are the front line of our production team, they work to use their understanding of processing and our equipment to perform quality checks frequently. Innovative thinking is encouraged and basic troubleshooting is also a large part of this role. Our plants are highly automated with ever-changing processes and technology, training, development, and safety top our priorities. Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly work area is a must! Use of basic computer skills to correctly complete paperwork. Good written and verbal communication skills are utilized frequently. Requirements Ability to follow directions and work well in a team Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Interested in Continuous Improvement and able to thrive in a self-directed environment Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations Prolonged periods working on feet Must be able push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced Who are you?
