Innkeeper Innsitter

This is a job that is on an occaisional or as needed basis. The Innkeeper/Innsitter would be scheduled when the staff is on vacation. Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Innkeeper Innsitter, where your energy and leadership will create memorable guest experiences and ensure the smooth operation of our charming inn. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This is a position that is scheduled on an as needed basis and may only receive a few hours a month. As an Innkeeper Innsitter, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive revenue, maintain exceptional service quality, and foster a warm, inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing personalized service to enhance their stay Oversee daily operations including front desk management, reservations, and guest inquiries Supervise and help housekeeping personnel, ensuring excellent guest services and efficient teamwork Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure maximum satisfaction and positive reviews Help clean and maintain lobby and guest room turnover Some light baking, cooking and serving Help clean up the kitchen after breakfast Laundry and ironing Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Familiarity with front desk operations Exceptional communication skills to foster guest relations and team collaboration This is an occasional position and the Innsitter is only scheduled for shifts when the regular Innkeeper is on vacation.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
