Innovation Hub Facilities Manager

Part -Time | Staunton, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro | 25-30 hours/wk estimated We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of the spaces they care for. This role is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of approximately 36,000 square feet across our three Innovation Hub locations ( Staunton, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro) , historic, character-filled buildings that serve as home to our region's entrepreneurs and business people. What You'll Do Perform all weekly cleaning and supply inventory with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine pride in how the space looks and feels Perform maintenance, including but not limited to: painting, basic carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing fixes, HVAC maintenance, vinyl application, landscaping, and general repairs and upkeep.
