$149,700•$224,500 annually + annual performance bonuses
Shift/Hours:
Full-Time Requirements:
PharmD required Active pharmacist license in the state of Colorado Hospital pharmacy experience required; rural hospital experience strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services Experience managing pharmacy technicians and pharmacists Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of USP / , Joint Commission standards, and state/federal pharmacy regulations Experience overseeing sterile compounding, automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs), inventory management, and controlled substances Strong medication safety, formulary management, and clinical decision support experience BLS certification•AHA required ACLS certification•AHA required Excellent communication, leadership, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
