POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing PT evaluation and treatment to the inpatient population. Maintain appropriate electronic medical records and interdisciplinary communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate of an approved school of PT. Current VT State license. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.
Experience:
May be a new graduate or an experienced therapist

Ascutney Hospital and Health Center is one of only two acute rehabilitation programs in Vermont. MAHHC offers the most advanced patient-centered services and has been widely recognized and respected for its comprehensive and compassionate rehabilitative care, including the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities ( CARF ) accreditation. We are seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic inpatient department. A willingness to learn, strong communication skills and accountability are a must. We pride ourselves in our welcoming and collaborative work environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. Responsibilities include evaluations and patient centered treatment for patients with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate electronic medical records and interdisciplinary communication.
