This is a key role on a high-performing team with real room to grow. What You'll Do As an Inside Broker , you'll be the engine behind placing environmental business with retail agents and brokers. Your primary focus will be Environmental Professional Liability, including E&O and Contractors Pollution Liability, marketing, quoting, binding, and negotiating terms across accessible markets. You'll manage and grow a book of business, ensure submission accuracy, monitor account compliance, and build strong relationships with retail agents who are your clients, not your competition. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance designation 3+ years of Wholesale insurance experience Active insurance license in corresponding lines Solid understanding of environmental or specialty lines, policy analysis, and risk profiles Sharp, relationship-driven, and able to move business efficiently from submission to bind Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively, recognize industry trends, and incorporate them into your strategy Willingness to maintain a travel schedule as needed
