This is a purely inside sales role combining outbound prospecting and account retention . About the Role This position is responsible for: Generating new business through outbound cold calling Managing and retaining existing dealership accounts Building strong relationships with decision-makers Driving revenue through consistent pipeline activity This role is built for someone who enjoys proactive sales, structured follow-ups, and performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities Prospecting through outbound calls Build rapport quickly with managers and decision-makers Identify opportunities and close new business Maintain regular contact with existing accounts Strengthen relationships and grow account revenue Track sales activity and opportunities within company systems Consistently meet or exceed sales targets What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: High outbound call activity Strong objection-handling skills Consistent follow-up discipline Ability to retain and grow accounts Revenue production driven by relationship management Who You Are Comfortable making outbound cold calls Confident, resilient, and self-motivated Strong communicator with natural rapport-building skills Organized and process-driven Energized by performance-based compensation Sales experience is helpful but not required. Work ethic, mindset, and coachability matter most.
