Summary We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dublin,Pa. This role is vital in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients, supporting our company's mission of excellence in the lighting and electrical sector. Responsibilities Manage and develop key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct warm calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Utilize CRM to track sales activities and manage customer information. Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities. Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or account management within the electrical or lighting industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets. Leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
