Role:

We are a fast-growing sign company working with major national retailers and top local businesses. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Operations & Project Manager to take the wheel of our daily production. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you'll be the engine that ensures every sign—from a vinyl decal to an illuminated monument—is designed, permitted, fabricated, and installed perfectly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Lifecycles:

Lead projects from the initial quote to the final invoice. You'll review architectural drawings, perform take-offs, and ensure the shop has the materials needed for the win.

Permitting & Compliance:

Navigate local township codes and handle the entire permitting process so our installs stay on schedule.

Production Scheduling:

Manage the install calendar, keeping our bucket and crane truck crews updated and efficient.

Client & Vendor Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for end-clients. You'll keep them in the loop and handle collections and close-outs.

Business Support:

Help manage the owner's inbox, generate fast/accurate quotes, and ensure the office runs as smoothly as the shop floor.

What We're Looking For:

Sign Industry Experience:

You know the difference between a channel letter and a pylon sign. You understand LEDs, transformers, and basic carpentry/electrical requirements.

Project Management Pro:

You can juggle 20 projects at once without dropping the ball. Experience with project management software is a huge plus. The "Closer"

Mentality:

You aren't afraid to follow up on invoices or push a permit through a difficult township.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in [Insert your software, e.g., CorelDraw, Adobe, or QuickBooks].

Clean Record:
