Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our market presence, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to our overall growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within the Electrical Supply Industry. Position has a guaranteed hourly rate and sales commission pay structure. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through warm calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities. Manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services. Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability. Process Purchase Orders and Procure Equipment needed to fulfill those orders. Utilize Netsuite and other CRM tools to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic account growth. Lead sales discussions by explaining product features, benefits, and integrations clearly to existing and prospective customers. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, electrical equipment sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage clients at all levels. Familiarity with Windows Apps - Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies. Experience in selling and a technical understanding of Electrical Supply Products - Switchboards, Switchgear, Panelboards, Circuit Breakers, and other similar products. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
