Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Manage customer accounts by tracking interactions, updating information in Epicor and other data tracking tools, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling related services or products. Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries or issues related to billing, technical support, or service features with clear communication. Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and account activities to ensure data accuracy and facilitate analysis. Enter orders into Epicor. Provide timely quotes to customers when requested. Work with engineering and internal teams on complex quotes for layouts. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles with excellent communication skills. Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Experience in lighting industry or related is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
