This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team environment. Prior basic construction experience is required. Key Responsibilities Building material sales to professional builders, remodelers, and DIYers Place and track special orders Coordinate deliveries Prepare quotes Troubleshoot customer problems Maintain showroom Process cash and credit card transactions Pull store items for customer pickup and delivery Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management Perform any special assignment/projects as required by the General Manager Qualifications Knowledge of building materials and basic construction Post-frame construction knowledge is a plus (not required) Basic computer skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs occasionally Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate tasks effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to in-house software systems Join Our Team If you're looking for a stable, supportive company where you can build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
