Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist — Diesel Performance

Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, diesel-savvy sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist. Your primary role is to drive revenue through phone, email, and internet sales while building lasting customer relationships. Secondary responsibilities include lead management, email marketing (Mailchimp), and contributing to our blog and online presence. If you know the difference between a common rail and a 12-valve, can sell confidently over the phone, and enjoy working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment — we want to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities — Sales (60-70%) Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and website inquires Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct diesel performance parts for their application Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Process orders, follow up on quotes, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close Stay current on new product lines, promotions, and industry trends in diesel performance Secondary Responsibilities — Lead Management & Marketing (30-40%) Manage the sales lead pipeline; follow up on website inquiries, abandoned carts, and past customers Execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp (newsletters, promotions, seasonal campaigns) Write and publish blog posts on our website covering diesel performance topics, product highlights, and how-to guides Assist with social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (major plus — experience preferred but not required) Requirements Working knowledge of diesel engines and performance parts — you must be able to speak the language with our customers Proven experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales (phone/email/internet preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with computers, e-commerce platforms, and email Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through Preferred / Strong Plus Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms Blogging, content writing, or SEO experience Active social media presence or experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Familiarity with e-commerce order management systems What We Offer Competitive base salary: $55,000-$72,800 DOE Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on parts and accessories A team that genuinely loves diesel — come work with people who get it To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your diesel background and any relevant sales/marketing experience.
