Job Description

We're growing our sales team and looking for an Inside Sales Executive who's energized by possibility, curious about people, and excited to help shape the next wave of experiential marketing. If you love uncovering opportunities, starting conversations, and building relationships that lead to unforgettable brand experiences, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do As part of our sales team, you'll be the first spark in the client journey — identifying who we should be talking to and opening the door to new partnerships.
You will:
Prospect and research brands, agencies, and organizations in the experiential, tradeshow, and retail space Qualify new leads to understand needs, timelines, and potential fit Identify opportunities for exhibits, events, activations, and custom environments Start conversations that matter — the kind that lead to long‑term relationships Collaborate with Client Services, Design and Strategy teams to support early‑stage proposal development Maintain clean, accurate CRM data in Hubspot to keep the pipeline moving Represent Kubik with curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for experience‑driven storytelling What You Bring 2-4 years of inside sales, business development, or lead‑generation experience Experience in the tradeshow, experiential, events, or marketing industry is a strong advantage A natural connector — you enjoy reaching out, asking questions, and building rapport A hunter mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly Comfort working in a fast‑moving, collaborative, creative environment CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ready to Build What's Next?
