What You'll Do Engage with inbound and outbound customers in person, by phone, and online Ask smart questions, uncover needs, and guide customers to the right solution Confidently present pricing, options, and professional proposals Own your leads from first contact to close— no hand-holding Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in our CRM Consistently hit (and push past) monthly sales goals Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and competitors Represent Dutch Barn Builders' core values and mission in every interaction This Role Is a

Sales Executives are regularly evaluated based on performance metrics including production, close rate, pipeline management, CRM activity, and overall professionalism. We believe accountability creates opportunity. Team members who consistently meet and exceed expectations are supported, recognized, and rewarded. Those who do not demonstrate effort, follow-through, or progress will be coached accordingly. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who want to grow, improve, and earn based on results.
