Job Summary Parks Medical Electronics is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales & Customer Service to lead both customer service/order management and inside sales functions. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence while building and leading a quota-driven inside sales team that consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets. Responsibilities Lead customer service team (3-4 staff) handling order entry, fulfillment, and customer communication Ensure high order accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction Oversee ERP/CRM systems and drive process improvements Lead inside sales team (2-3 reps) with direct accountability for meeting and exceeding quotas Develop outbound sales strategies including targeting, scripts, and campaigns Run pipeline reviews, track metrics, and coach team on closing deals Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and team performance Qualifications 5-10 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations 2-5 years leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams Strong CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) Background in medical devices or manufacturing preferred Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
