Inside Sales - Order Processor

We are hiring for Inside Sales - Order Processor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily orders and send order confirmations.
• Answer phone calls and manage sales promotions effectively.
• Provide accurate pricing and product availability to customers.
• Expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments by collaborating with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations, and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B order processing and customer service.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
