Small team, real revenue, no corporate layers. You'll walk 50 feet from your desk and watch your product get made on a five-axis CNC mill. We're hiring one inside sales rep who can sell. Not someone who "has a passion for customer service" — someone who has actually closed deals, hit a number, and can prove it. What You'd Do Handle inbound quote requests from engineers and procurement managers. Follow up until the deal closes or dies. Build long-term relationships with repeat customers across industries. Manage quotes and orders in our ERP system. Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and availability. Learn the product — we'll teach you, but you need to be the kind of person who wants to understand how things work. This is a full-cycle inside sales role. You own the relationship from first inquiry through delivery and reorder. What We're Looking For You've sold something — cars, solar, SaaS, real estate, insurance, freight, anything — and you were good at it. You have a number you can point to. You follow up without being told to. You're comfortable picking up the phone, not just sending emails. You want to build something, not just fill a seat. You're local to the East Bay, Solano County, or Contra Costa area. You Do NOT Need A degree. Industrial experience. To know what a hex bolt is (yet). What matters is your ability to earn trust, close deals, and learn fast. Compensation Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses tied directly to sales revenue.
