The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Support role is to provide accurate, insight‑driven reporting and analytical support to the sales organization. This is aimed at strengthening decision‑making, improving sales performance, and enabling the team to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.Desired Candidate Profile:

Excel (Expert - Strategic & Financial Applications) Advanced expertise in Excel for revenue analysis, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and partner performance evaluation Skilled in building scalable financial and operational models supporting pricing, margin, growth, and investment decisions Mastery of advanced formulas and logic (XLOOKUP, TAKE, LET, SUMIFS, SPILLING, SWITCH) Strong capability in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple data sources Development of executive‑ready dashboards with clear KPIs, trend insights, and variance analysis Proficient in Power Query to automate data ingestion and reduce manual reporting Ability to transform raw or incomplete data into clear, actionable insights Pivot Tables & Advanced Analysis Build and maintain complex, multi‑dimensional pivot tables to analyze: Sales performance Channel and partner contribution Product mix and margin Customer behavior and trends Use of calculated fields, custom groupings, slicers, and timelines to support self‑service executive review Ability to identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and risk areas Translate pivot‑driven insights into clear, strategic business narratives for leadership Power BI (Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights) Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for senior leadership Build clean, scalable data models with proper relationships and structure Develop DAX measures for: Revenue, margin, and growth metrics Time‑based performance (MTD, QTD, YTD, rolling periods) Channel and partner comparisons Create interactive dashboards with drill‑downs that support strategic planning and performance reviews Ensure data accuracy, refresh reliability, and consistency across executive reporting Skilled at communicating the story behind the numbers, not just presenting visuals Business Development - Critical Soft Skills Ability to convert data into strategic recommendations for VP‑level and executive audiences Strong executive communication skills — concise, confident, and insight‑driven Comfortable supporting pricing strategy, partner negotiations, and growth initiatives Proactive mindset: identifies trends, flags risks, and surfaces opportunities independently High level of discretion, judgment, and ownership when handling leadership‑level dataEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
