Essential Skills Proficiency in inspection techniques. Experience in construction environments. Knowledge of construction canvassing inspection procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Certification in construction inspection is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Work Environment The work environment is primarily construction-based, involving on-site inspections. It requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
