You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning and painting tasks. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the painting process. Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Ensure all painting and cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings as needed. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting, and climbing ladders. Ability to read, write and speak English as plus. Ability to communicate professionally. Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Valid car insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
