Install Foreman — HVAC (Pipe Fitter / Sheet Metal Background Preferred)

We're scaling fast and need install foremen on the truck this month. What You'll Do Lead full HVAC system installs (heat pumps, ductless, furnaces, AC, boilers) Run a crew of 1 to 2 helpers on the job site Read prints, lay out ductwork, run line sets, set equipment Sheet metal fabrication and pipe fitting as needed Final commissioning, customer walkthrough, sign-off Keep the truck stocked and the job clean

What We Need Required:

5+ years HVAC install background (residential or light commercial) Comfortable leading a crew and finishing a job start to finish Valid driver's license, clean record Show up on time, every day

Strongly Preferred:
