Your Role:

As an Install Helper, you'll support our installation team in delivering high-quality acrylic bath systems. This is a hands-on role with training provided and strong growth potential for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects Support carpentry, trim work, and general construction tasks Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality work Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers Keep job sites clean and organized Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials Assist with basic documentation and job photos

Qualifications:

No experience required (construction or labor experience is a plus) Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role Ability to use basic hand and power tools (training provided) High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ready to Join Our Team?
