Job Description

Saint Bernadette Catholic School, located in West Springfield, VA, is seeking an enthusiastic instructional assistant to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Duties include:
help the classroom teacher work with students in small groups or 1:1; supervise students; plan with the teacher; decorate the classroom; monitor students at recess and/or lunch. Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith and effective communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about education and have a love for the students.
