This role partners closely with the Director of Sales Training and field leadership to design curriculum, tools, and training assets that improve sales performance, conversion, and the overall customer experience in new construction home sales. This individual translates sales strategy and field needs into scalable learning programs including onboarding, certification, product training, and advanced selling skills. The role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of the new construction sales environment. This role is located at our Empire Homes U.S. Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 3-7 years of instructional design, training development, or learning & development experience. Experience supporting sales training programs preferred. Demonstrated ability to build engaging learning content for adult learners. Excellent writing, editing, and visual content development skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training. Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, etc.) and LMS platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and consistency.

What You'll Be Doing Each Day Design and develop training programs for new-home sales consultants, managers, and divisional teams. Create structured onboarding and learning paths covering sales process, CRM systems, product knowledge, and customer experience standards. Develop training materials including facilitator guides, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and role-play scenarios. Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to build engaging instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training solutions. Support live training sessions, workshops, sales meetings, and national initiatives with impactful learning content and activities. Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training to improve sales performance and customer engagement. Support rollout of new communities, products, and sales initiatives with customized training resources and coaching tools. Manage and maintain content within the company's LMS, including tracking training completion and effectiveness metrics. Incorporate interactive learning tools such as video, simulations, and digital learning content to enhance engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Mortgage, and HR teams to ensure aligned and accurate training content.
