This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine outside sales efforts with exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. You'll be the key contact for clients, guiding them through insurance options, negotiating policies, and delivering outstanding support throughout their journey with us. Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify and attract new clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing strategies Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options Negotiate policy terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through policy details Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products via outreach campaigns and community engagement Assist benefits administration by explaining coverage options and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred Knowledge of insurance sales processes and familiarity with sales administration tools Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through effective customer service Experience in marketing strategies related to insurance or financial services is a plus Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is advantageous for handling sensitive information Join us to empower clients with the right coverage while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
