Salary Range:

The agency provides consistent leads and also will provide a marketing budget for you to acquire new leads at events, purchased leads, and through direct marketing. Is this a commission only position? No. Our compensation plan includes a base salary of $36,000 plus uncapped commission and attractive bonuses. What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year? If you follow our sales process and by meeting the minimum sales standards, you can expect to make about $70,000 in your first year with base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
