Insurance Claims Representative

Overview We are seeking an experienced claims handler to manage cases throughout the claims process. This role focuses on handling active files, coordinating documentation, and communicating with clients, providers, and claims company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle claims from intake through resolution Maintain regular communication with clients regarding claim status Communicate with insurance adjusters Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and notes Provide clear and professional updates

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a claims handling position Strong understanding of automobile claims Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay:

Commensurate with experience
