Job Description

Required Education:
    High School DiplomaRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
    • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in insurance or healthcare.
    • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills.
    • Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
    • Basic MS Office knowledge
    Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
    • 01 Year of experience with: Medicare benefits, enrollments, and LIS assistance.
    Insurance Customer Service Rep Overview:
    • Acts as a primary resource for Medicare health products and agent service support
    • Serves as the face of the organization and supports agents through phone, internet, and written inquiries
    • Engages, consults, and educates agents based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of available plans, tools, and resources
    • Handles non-routine calls that may require deviation from standard scripts and procedures
    • Supports field sales and customer teams while helping agents grow sales in the senior market
    Job Duties:
    • Maintain knowledge of all health products available to the senior market
    • Provide guidance for sales-related inquiries
    • Manage multiple software applications while handling calls and document processes accurately
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with field sales representatives, brokers, consultants, and customer teams
    • Guide agents in navigating and utilizing the agent support website
    • Complete sales orders and process requests for materials
    • Assist Supervisors and Managers in supporting the team
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote process improvements and deliver quality service
    • Document and track all contacts, events, and outcomes using appropriate systems and processes.
