Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to become a Farmers Insurance Sales Agent in the Susanville, CA area. As a Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to grow your book of business, while being supported by one of the most recognized and respected brands in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
• Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
• Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth
• Manage agency operations, including financial management, marketing and sales, and customer service
• Collaborate with other Farmers Insurance agents and leaders to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of California or willing to obtain licenses
