Compensation $40,000

• $80,000/year (Base salary + Commissions + Bonus) 100% PAID Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal time, & Holidays) will increase on tenure Initial and ongoing training, coaching, and development to help you become a sales expert. Primary Purpose:

Meeting new business production goals Calling warm leads on the phone, reaching out to referrals within your personal network, calling former customers to win them back with the goal of generating new business. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Sales Agents at Car Dealership, etc. A big part of this role is educating consumers on the specific types and amounts of insurance they need to financially protect themselves and their families. Most people are unaware of how much insurance they actually need. We train you to educate and sell the proper amount of insurance to prospects and our existing customers.
