Position Overview The Cart Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering, removing, and servicing waste and recycling carts for residential and commercial customers. This role is critical to first impressions—you are often the first Martin Environmental representative a new customer sees. You will operate company vehicles safely, complete deliveries efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our standard . Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company standards Deliver and remove residential carts, dumpsters, and recycling containers Stage and place containers properly at customer locations Complete all delivery and removal documentation accurately Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily Maintain and update work orders and route sheets Assist with minor container repairs (wheels, lids, etc.) Communicate professionally with customers and team members Support operations team with additional tasks as needed Operate other trucks or equipment when required What Success Looks Like Routes completed on time and accurately Zero safety incidents Clean, organized truck and equipment Customers receive the right equipment, placed the right way, the first time Strong communication with dispatch and operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) options Overtime opportunities Company vehicle provided during work hours Additional Details Must be at least 21 years old Must pass pre-employment screening Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Flexible schedule required (occasional weekends or extended hours) Our Standard We expect our team to: Show up on time and be ready to work Take care of equipment Do things the right way—no shortcuts Support their team Deliver real value to the customer If you're looking for a job where your work matters every day—and you're willing to meet the standard—we want to talk.Email us:

Requirements Valid Driver's License (CDL not required, but a plus) Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card Clean driving record No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years No DUI within 5 years Ability to read routes via GPS or route sheets Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Experience 1+ year driving a box truck, flatbed, or similar vehicle Waste, Logistics, or Delivery Driving Experience Basic mechanical knowledge Physical Requirements Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. (carts, lids, components) Continuous outdoor work in all weather conditions Walking, climbing, bending, and maneuvering equipment.
