What You'll Do Sell auto, home, and other related insurance products Work primarily agency-provided leads across a variety of lead sources Recommend customized insurance coverage for individuals and families based on their goals and budget Clearly explain policy options and build client confidence Maintain relationships through follow-ups, renewals, and cross-selling Stay current on products, regulations, and industry changes What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Organized with strong follow-up skills Pay & Benefits Base hourly pay + tiered, uncapped commission Performance bonuses and incentives Most leads provided to help you ramp up quickly Paid training, coaching, and professional development Remote options available for qualified candidates
