Insurance Sales Representative

Join Our Winning Team! We are a high performing agency and are expanding our sales team. An average Sales Rep makes $76k/year, which includes $40k in base compensation + $36k in commissions. Base pay can be sliding scale based on experience. You also receive health insurance and 4% 401k matching. There is no cap on commission and bonuses, experienced Sales Reps can make upwards of $150k+ with commission each year. Get good at quoting insurance and enjoy the rewards! Basic sales experience is required to accelerate your earnings. We can teach you what you need to know about selling insurance if you're new to the industry. You will spend your first few weeks training after getting licensed to quote insurance. Must be able to obtain state level licensing. A new sales rep will work leads each day, striving to make 6 quotes and closing 1. You will use a CRM system to track your sales leads and follow-up tasks. Our reps are successful because they are more persistent at contacting a lead than other agencies. This is a job where you successfully sell every day. We are a customer first culture, and our customers are very important to us. You will also be providing customer service when needed. Sales Reps will work from our Ft. Worth or Crowley office. Our agency works hard to create a people-centric work environment. We have 12 employees across two offices, divided into a sales team and a service team. The sales team meets weekly to celebrate the scoreboard.
