Description:
The Coordinator of Elementary Math Curriculum will provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned and articulated instructional program in K-5. The Coordinator will partner with the Executive Directors of Curriculum and Instruction and Content Coordinators to study, evaluate and implement research based instructional programs.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate in subject content
Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Ability to work collaborative with classroom teachers
  • Ability to coordinate a district-wide program
  • Ability to interpret data and identify performance gaps
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
  • Three years experience as a classroom teacher
  • Experience in subject content preferred.
  • Experience as an instructional coach preferred.
Minimum Salary $80,332 (2025/2026 Compensation Plan) Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience. Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
