First year commissions generally around $25,000 & top performers in our agency made $15,000 in additional commission last year.
Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people protect their futures. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive for achievement. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base in Goddard and Wichita, Kansas. Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Explain complex insurance concepts and policy details in a clear, understandable manner. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice.
