This candidate needs to be a great people person with top notch communication skills who loves working in a fast-paced environment, but also knows how to fill slower downtimes. In this pivotal role, the candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. In addition to all the regular duties of an Inta Juice employee, the Store Manager will be responsible for many special managerial tasks, such as: product ordering, grocery store shopping, new hire training, deposit handling, inventory management, deep cleaning and some equipment maintenance. The Store Manager will work closely with the owners to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, and will make sure that the staff, inventory, customers and equipment are all well taken care of. Previous restaurant experience is required. 30-35 hours a week. Generally weekdays but occasionally nights, weekends and holidays are required. The position pays $15/hr. plus tips, which can be substantial. Responsibilities Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience Oversee food preparation, ensuring all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving shipments, and minimizing waste Supervise daily store operations, including shift management, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards Train new team members Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Support staff development through ongoing training and initiatives Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and other management duties to optimize store performance Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, restaurant management, or a quick service restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience required

• Good math skills are appreciated Excellent communication skills
