Our Duncansville inpatient facility provides structured, compassionate care to adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We are currently seeking an Intake & Client Care Supervisor to help lead our admissions and intake operations. Position Overview The Intake & Client Care Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-centered admissions process . This position oversees intake staff, supports admissions workflow, and ensures all processes meet clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with behavioral health admissions experience who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role . Schedule & Pay Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $17/hour Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Team Leadership Supervise Intake Coordinators and Administrative Assistants Conduct monthly supervision meetings , coaching, and performance feedback Assist with training and onboarding of new team members Provide daily workflow oversight and staff support Admissions & Intake Oversight Ensure all admission processes and documentation are completed accurately and timely Facilitate admissions by verifying: Identification Insurance information Required intake documentation Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure smooth client transitions into care Support bed management , including admissions, discharges, and assignments Compliance, Safety & Documentation Train and support staff on admission safety procedures , including: Body and belongings searches Documentation protocols Handling of secured/confiscated items Ensure all processes follow program policies and regulatory standards Maintain accurate documentation related to client belongings and intake procedures Uphold strict confidentiality of client and company information Client Experience & Problem Resolution Respond to and resolve client concerns or grievances related to intake or belongings Maintain a welcoming and organized admissions environment Promote a positive, professional first impression for all clients entering treatment Operational Support Provide coverage for intake and administrative roles as needed Assist with coordination of daily admissions activities Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and operations teams Supervisory Responsibilities Direct day-to-day supervision of intake and administrative staff Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team development Ensure efficient workflows and adherence to procedures QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience in behavioral health admissions, intake, or healthcare front desk operations Prior supervisory or team lead experience Experience coordinating client intake workflows or admissions processes Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Knowledge of behavioral health admissions and documentation requirements (preferred) Ability to train, coach, and support staff Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
