Our team is growing, and we're welcoming as-needed weekday Per Diem Occupational Therapists to our teams in Blair County. This role is designed to be flexible. There are no minimum hour requirements beyond working once every six months, making it easy to stay connected while maintaining your own schedule. What You'll Do Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatments Build meaningful relationships with residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living Help residents understand the value of therapy and support engagement in services Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture Bring professionalism, compassion, and positive energy to every interaction What You'll Bring Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license in good standing A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Confidence in building relationships and engaging residents in therapy services
